Returned Merchandise

Our customer can return the merchandise and get the full refund as long as it is in Resealable Condition within 30 days, means merchandise or machines that satisfies each of the following : 

(1) they are unopened and unused; 

(2) packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; 

(3) the Products and packaging are in a condition that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to resell the merchandise at full price.  

If the above conditions are not met, since we don’t sell second hand machines, a restocking fee for returned merchandise of 30% plus the installation fee for installers of $150 for Alkaline Machines and $1,000.00 for Plumber for Water Softener.
 

For return merchandise please ship it to our office;
